Today I'm sharing a bunch of quilt patterns that you can make with a jelly roll.
What's a jelly roll? They are long strips of fabric that are 2 1/2 inches wide. They are precut and ready to use. They come all rolled up, hence the name jelly roll.
One of the reasons I like them is because all the fabrics coordinate with each other. So you know your project is going to turn out looking good.
Anyone like me and buy the pretty fabric before having a plan of what to use if for?
If so, you're in luck. You can find 40 patterns to make that utilize jelly roll fabric.

You can find precut fabric, including jelly rolls at most quilt stores. My local quilt shop, doesn't have a very big selection, so I tend to purchase them online. My three go-to online quilt fabric stores are:
Connecting Threads - Connecting Threads is my go-to. I always check them first. They have all of the latest fabrics.
But they also create their own fabric lines that you can't find anywhere else. They have an amazing design team. I seriously drool over their fabrics.
Missouri Star Quilt Company - I have signed up to get their daily deal emails. It probably wasn't that great of an idea financially. But I have gotten some amazing deals.
They are also an amazing resource for quilting tutorials. Google anything related to quilting blocks or quilting patterns, and most likely they'll show up in the results.
Here are two jelly roll quilt tutorials they have made: Starstruck Quilt Tutorial and Rhombus Gemstones Quilt
Fat Quarter Shop - I have ordered several times from Fat Quarter Shop and have always been pleased. They also have cross stitch patterns and clubs that are amazing if you're into that.
I have heard good things about Hancock's of Paducah, but I haven't ordered anything from them yet.
Also, I recently got a new sewing machine that I am so happy with. If you're in the market check it out.
CAN I MAKE MY OWN JELLY ROLL STRIPS?
