Stuffed French toast is a fancy breakfast that takes just minutes to make.
Feel free to mix it up and use different fruit. I'm partial to peach French toast, but you could add raspberries, bananas or even kiwis for a unique twist.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
I use a typical French bread loaf that you can buy in the bakery section of any grocery store. I like using Greek yogurt for the filling. It's thick and creamy and so good. You can make this using cream cheese, but then you have to wait for it to soften. I prefer the ease of the yogurt.- French bread

- Greek yogurt
