INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR S'MORES FLAVORED HOT COCOA BOMBS
I think the key to these S'mores bombs is the S'more's flavored hot cocoa mix. Somehow they're able to crush the crackers so finely that there's not any chunks of graham crackers that would get soggy and be just plain weird to drink.I did crush a few graham cracker to make crumbs for garnishing, but I didn't add any to the innards of the bomb. There was enough graham flavor in the mix.
Also, I find the dehydrated mini marshmallows to be the easiest to add to the bombs. Regular mini marshmallows are just a little too big and you can only fit 4-5 inside the bomb.
- milk chocolate chips
- S'mores hot chocolate mix
- mini marshmallows
- white chocolate melts (for drizzle if desired)
- other add-in's if desired

Let's get started making S'more's hot chocolate bombs.
Begin by melting the chocolate chips. I like using milk chocolate chips. They melt quickly and there is no need to temper the chocolate.
I like to melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. It takes 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave.
Spoon chocolate into the each cavity of the silicone mold. Spread the chocolate around the sides of the mold with the back of the spoon.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden. Meanwhile gather up the rest of the ingredients. Now is a good time to bring pot of water to a boil. Place a glass plate on top, we will use this to melt the ends of the chocolate to get the two halves to stick together.
This next part is crucial to move quickly, so make sure everything is ready to go before starting.
Remove the chocolate from the mold. Place one shell, edge side down, on the hot plate. Twist a few times to melt the edge. Set it down and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa mix and 1 teaspoon of marshmallows.
Repeat the melting process with another chocolate shell. Place it on top of the filled shell with the melted edges together. Smooth the section where they meet with your finger.
Place them back in the freezer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs while the chocolate is still wet.

- 6 tsp. graham cracker crumbs
Instructions

- Working quickly, remove the chocolate from the mold. Place one chocolate shell on the hot plate with the edge facing down. Twist until the edge melts slightly.
- Set the chocolate down (so your warm fingers don't melt it) and fill with 1 tablespoon of the cocoa mix and 1 teaspoon of marshmallows.
- Melt the edge of another shell and place it on top of the filled shell. Smooth the seam of the ball with your finger.
- Continue this process for all of the hot chocolate bombs.
- Melt the white candy melts and drizzle them over the bombs. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before chocolate hardens.
