Place a note and a treat inside the pouch and give it to your favorite Valentine.
Each year, I try to make something simple to give my kids for Valentine's Day. This year I came across these super cute felt heart cutouts at the dollar store and this idea was born.

How to Make Valentine Heart Pockets
These are really easy to make. {see the video below!}
Begin at the bottom of the heart and weave the ribbon through the holes until you reach the top of the heart.
Then leaving some ribbon for the handle, start weaving down the other side.
Once you reach the bottom of the heart, tie the two ends together.
Then tuck the ends through a hole to the inside of the pocket.
Add some treats and a note.
If you want another idea of how to use these hearts, check out this Heart Garland from Tatertots and Jello.
