Caramel Popcorn Recipe
I love just about anything made with caramel. Caramel apples, caramel brownies, and easy caramel dip are just a few of my favorites.Because I love it so much, I make caramel popcorn at home any time of year. In the fall and winter, I love to eat it when it's freshly made and still warm. It's comfort food at it's finest.
It's also great to make in the summer because it just takes a few minutes on the stove top. It won't heat up your house like treats made in the oven. It's an easy recipe to whip up at a moment's notice.
This caramel corn recipe makes a lot, so it's great to share at large gatherings. We have sold it at my kids bake sale. It's just an all around great recipe to have. It really is the best homemade caramel popcorn!

Do you think this recipe could be cut in half?
ReplyDeleteYes, it could definitely be cut in half. The only problem would be that you will have a half of a can of sweetened condensed milk that isn't used. You could refrigerated it for later use, or just toss it.
Deletedoes it make ur popcorn soggy?
ReplyDeleteThe popcorn does not stay crisp. Once you add the caramel it becomes soft and chewy.
