Fall is in the air, and one of my favorite things about fall is yummy pumpkin treats. I've shared my favorite pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe and pumpkin gooey butter cake. Today it's all about pumpkin bread. This bread is so moist and the flavors just scream fall.

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Delicious pumpkin bread with all the flavors of fall.
Ingredients
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. water
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. cloves
- 2 c. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream together shortening and sugar.
- Add pumpkin, eggs and water.
- Sift in dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes.
