First you place butter, sugar, brown sugar and ice cream in a sauce pan.
Melt it on the stove and let it cook a few minutes.
Meanwhile, take some clean scissors and cut some refrigerated biscuits into fourths.
Then let your kids dip them into a cinnamon/sugar mixture and place them in a 9x13 pan.
Pour the sauce over the top.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

- 4 tubes refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
instructions:
How to cook Easy Monkey Bread
- Mix together 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut each biscuit into fourths, roll in sugar mixture to coat and then place in a greased 9 X 13 pan.
- Melt together butter, ice cream, and sugars. Once it comes to a boil, let cook 2 more minutes.
- Pour caramel mixture over biscuits.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
